David concentrates his practice on domestic relations (divorce, child and spousal custody, support payments and equitable distribution of property) and civil litigation. In 2006, David was recognized by the The Legal Intelligencer as one of Pennsylvania's "Lawyers on the Fast Track."

Recently, David served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education, which was tasked with evaluating and making recommendations on the continuing legal education requirements of lawyers licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
