David Garnes has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. David concentrates his practice on domestic relations (divorce, custody, child and spousal support payments and equitable distribution of property) and civil litigation. In 2006, David was recognized by the The Legal Intelligencer as one of Pennsylvania's "Lawyers on the Fast Track."


Recently, David served as a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Ad Hoc Committee on Continuing Legal Education, which was tasked with evaluating and making recommendations on the continuing legal education requirements of lawyers licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.


An active member in many professional and civic organizations, David is a member of the Washington Township Zoning Board. In addition to serving on the Zoning Board, David is an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association. David is also a member of several chambers of commerce, including Washington Township, Gloucester County and the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey. Prior to graduating from law school, David served as a legal intern to United States Bankruptcy Judge John S. Dalis.
